Apostle Hot Sauce - Saint Francis of Assisi: Kimchi Ketchup

An exciting and unexpected twist on a pantry classic! Apostle have blended the distinctly delicious flavours of kimchi with a perfectly balanced tomato ketchup. This savoury, sweet and subtly spicy sauce gives a tangy, umami bite to fries, burgers and plenty of other family favourites. 150ml.

This tiny batch sauce is handmade in Paekākāriki, NZ, by Lydia and Mat. The duo have a passion for using local ingredients – the peppers they use are hand picked, the Kawakawa leaves are from their own garden the organic apple cider vinegar is locally sourced from Coral Tree Organics. They refuse to use any artificial colours, preservatives, flavours or thickeners, instead relying on fresh ingredients to create their vibrant range of sauces. Amen!
