Yiayia and Friends

Yiayia and friends is a gastronomic project bringing together the finest Greek produce with award-winning designs. Working closely with small farmers and artisans on the island of Crete, Yiayia’s colourful range includes cold pressed extra virgin olive oils and organic vinegars, plus all-natural rusks and biscuits crafted from ancestral recipes. Boldly adorning each product is Yiayia (granny) and her animal friends, conveying a message of coexistence between humankind and nature, agriculture, consumption and creation. Through these exceptional products, traditional notions of growing, cooking, and sharing food together is remembered, reinterpreted, and redesigned for new generations.
